Harry Potter and The cursed Child - A Review of the Book
I pre-ordered "Harry Potter and the Cursed Child" before we left for the holidays. I got it on Saturday, and have been reading it with much excitement since. Rowling is a master storyteller who knows how to reach out to her readers, and touch upon their souls - just the opposite of Dementors. #thecursedchild is an entertaining, beautifully crafted, and mature story. Unlike some fans, I found more than I expected, and am not bored of the play format possibly due to my profession. Rowling certainly loves Harry and her other characters, and that passes to us. I've grown up with Potter and the Weasleys. It's always nice to hear back from them. I have some characters that keep visiting me. Hope one day they'll be as genuine as Ron, Hermione, and Harry. Minerva (I like to call her on a first name basis :)) and Dumbledore are always my favourite though. I wish to take our little one to the play one day and immerse him in the magical world of Hogwarts. Until then hope Rowling will carry on writing more pieces. Thanks #waterstones for keeping the book for me - as you promised - until I'm back.
