We all wanted things as a kid. Sometimes toys, sometimes things that the grown-ups owned or did.
We dreamed of this. And if we were smart enough, we knew that not all of them were realistic dreams.
We learnt not to desire.
We learnt to imagine only the good and necessary.

Then look at all the things (when I say things I do not mean only tangible things) you did not have.
And now you have them.
